Recently a coworker moved to a new apartment in a nice town that provided a much better commute. After only four months she noticed her new home had some minor problems:
1. The building has bed bugs;
2. Someone found a body in the pond at the end of the street; and
3. She came home one evening to find a homeless man hiding in the building’s stairwell. Apparently he’s been sleeping there since 1993.
